Laganwater were commissioned by Yorkshire Water for the design, supply and installation of a 20 L/sec Foul Pump station complete with MCC control panel and associated Kiosk located at Capitol Park Industrial Estate in Goole.
The contract worth £260,000 took 3 months to complete with finished pumping station capable of processing raw sewage from the future developments within the upcoming industrial area at Capitol Park, Goole. The pumping station also has the capacity to deal with any excess storm water run-off from the accompanying new road in order to alleviate any potential flooding incidents from the new road.
Laganwater designed and supplied their first bespoke integral Septicity Dosing Kiosk on the Foul Pump Station at Capitol Park. The foul pump station has a possible high retention time of raw sewage so to counter balance the effects of hydrogen sulphide build up, the material is dosed in calcium nitrate to prevent anaerobic conditions arising in the pump station.
Client, Yorkshire Water have commended Laganwater for their quality of finish of the new pumping stations and MCC control panels, and would like to use it as a blueprint for their future installations.
